I accidentally signed up for a subscription with this company. It was my mistake, but I cancelled it within 10 minutes of signing up. According to their refund policy, any subscription cancelled within 48 hours of signing up should be eligible for a refund. I wrote them immediately to explain the situation. Well it’s been a week and it’s been crickets. So beware, their customer service is abysmal… if it even exists.
