BEWARE - I believe this is a scam company. It was late at night and I thought I was hitting the official ChatGPT site. I foolishly allowed myself to subscribe and then felt it was not useful. Went to bed, planning to cancel in the morn. Hit the cancel button - nothing seemed to work, no way to cancel, no way to contact the company. Tried to get the payment blocked by Amex and they came back to say I should have cancelled. Amex sent me the ChatOpen cancellation policy - NO CANCELLATION FOR ACCIDENTAL PURCHASE - NO CANCELLATion for CHANGE OF MIND, Etc. The parent company is ZILINGIAL based in Greece.BEWARE - SCAM
