They will charge your account after you cancel. I have email proof of them canceling my account and refunding my fee, yet a year later I am going over my credit card statements and they have charged me for the last 14 months. EVERY SINGLE MONTH. I went into my chatai account, it shows I have no subscriptions yet it ALSO shows 14 invoices charging me every month. WTH?! And because I have no subscription I have no way to cancel. Not including their contact info via their website is inaccurate. Too many red flags. Use a different ai service. TRUST ME!
