I was charged yesterday for a 3-month subscription. I purchased the service believing it was the official Claude AI platform, but I later realized this is not the official service.
I requested cancellation immediately but have not received a response. I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund since the service was misleading.
I am not liking this platform and I am very much disguste.
