I worked as a psychic on this line and there was one client that was very rude to me so I told her I couldn't give her any more readings and she was highly dysfunctional probably narcissistic and just kept calling me and calling me and there was no way to properly block her so she was basically harassing me. I mean calling me over and over again. Chat recruit customer service was not very empathetic and was gaslighting me and overall not very helpful not caring and I am no longer working as an independent contractor with this business. It's probably one of the worst businesses that I have worked with. Their customer service representatives are just really bad as far as not being helpful and not caring how they treat their psychics. Plus the app itself is horrible. This company expects psychics to not have a voicemail or call waiting on their line and yet they don't have very much business to offer us.
