I'll start with the good stuff; the service was super speedy once I'd placed the order (just before Christmas too), and my wife was very happy with the product... BUT... the interface for uploading photos was very clunky and slow, with no apparent option to move or swap pictures around once uploaded. Everything needed to be mapped out on paper first and slowly uploaded. At full resolution, uploads were extremely slow, despite claiming a max of 20mb; I was initially uploading c.5mb files but had to resort to resizing them down to c. 1mb to make things work; the whole process took a couple of days. There was then evidence in the final project of: either the pictures being further aggressively compressed; OR the print quality being really quite low on the end product, because when you look closely at the collage the finer detail is really quite pixelated and poor quality. In the room, or standing a metre or more away it looks really fantastic; but up close it doesn't really stand up to scrutiny I'm afraid. The frame is flimsy and cheap MDF; overall the whole product just doesn't seem to match (even the apparently discounted) price tag in my mind.
