My overall experience was ok. They got the job done. I was a little disappointed when my solicitor left half way through the service I had employed and I wasn’t notified of the change in good time.

Excellent communication

I actually ended up using Chattertons as my conveyancing solicitors by default, as they took over my existing solicitors, Page Nelson. It turned out to be a very positive experience, with Sophie handling my house sale. Her communication was excellent on all levels and her response rate was very good.

Happy on the whole
