I've been a regular customer for years. Especially because of the "bombproof packaging" that another reviewer also mentioned. But also because of the service. Chris has personally informed me about slight imperfections like discoloration, scuffing or worse before sending the items. The last time I chose not to go through with the purchase. No problems. In fact, he informed me that he had a new batch coming and would send me a mint copy. Just received it yesterday. Perfectly happy!
