I was charged excessively for a carpet cleaning that left my carpet in worse condition than before. The service was scheduled for 2pm on Friday, but no one arrived until 11am the next day. The employee requested to use my restroom and spent over 30 minutes in there! I even stepped out for 5 minutes, and when I returned, the carpet cleaner was running in my living room while the employee was in the kitchen, leaning on the counter and using his phone. When he claimed to have completed the job, I questioned both the price and the quality of work. He insisted it cost so much because he had spent over an hour cleaning, which was definitely untrue. I felt intimidated and pressured to pay him, as he refused to leave without full payment. I have attempted to reach out to the service for 5 days now, only to be told that someone would get back to me, but no one ever does. AVOID THIS SERVICE!
