A few days ok I made an order in to Cheaper Than Dirt, when my package arrived it was damaged & 3 items were missing. It was a large order & I was unaware of the missing items at that time & when I did notice I emailed in explaining the problem. Well per store policy you need pictures of the damaged package in order to be replaced, which is a good policy in today’s world I believe, unfortunately I’d already disposed of everything. I explained what I’d done and that I understood their policy and was willing to take my loss & go on. To my surprise they reached back out to me & refunded my money for the missing items even though I didn’t follow the procedure. Customer service like that is rare these days especially to the little man such as myself & our smaller orders. They went above & Beyond in order to make things right with me & my order when they didn’t have to. I’ll definitely continue making all my purchases through them & highly, highly recommend them for outstanding customer service! Steve Walden, Shamrock Tx.
