I booked my family umrah in aug 2023 for Decemeber they offered me a 5 star package which i accepted i paid the full ammount well before the due date as i kept getting calls to say we need payment asap upon arriving in Makkah marriot hotel after approx 14 hours journey reception told me there is no booking on my name treid to contact cheapest umrah no answer had to wait in hotel for 7 hours hours after telling me that we will book you another hotel which was a 2 star my kids was really tired and very upset they said our vendor overbooked and gave me all sort of exuses ,like wise with Madina assured i will not have probelms there and changed hotel one day before arrival which was the worst ever hotel agreed 5 beds and was only given 4 beds thorugh out the whole journey after coming back contacted then with email have not responded will be taking legal action against them so it does not happen to any one else my kids were very upset i would never ever recommend any one to book with this company i have all the proofs and pictures which i have sent them with dirty carpets and floor absolutely a nightmare first time i booked but never again i advise every one to be carefull before booking with this company ive taken pictures of the hotel room what we got please avoid this company i wish i can zero rate this if i could
