This company is utterly dishonest and fraudulent, which ruined our Umrah experience. I traveled from the UK while my family was coming from Pakistan. I paid for the Umrah visa nearly two months before our travel date, yet they kept lying until the last moment, claiming the visas would arrive. They even urged us to go to the airport, assuring us the visas would be there. My parents waited at the airport in Pakistan, but the visas never arrived. If I hadn't canceled the tickets just one hour before the flight, my family's tickets would have been wasted, but I managed to cancel them, despite incurring a cancellation fee. I also booked hotels through them. The representative deceived me for two months. Later, I found out they use UK numbers to mislead people and do not operate in the UK; they only have a small office in Lahore. I eventually received a visa but had to rebook expensive tickets on very short notice. Their team promised to compensate us for the expenses, but it's been three months, and they keep making excuses without any compensation. This company is completely fraudulent and deceitful. I intend to report them in the UK, Pakistan, and to the Saudi ministry. I do not recommend them at all. I am honestly shocked by the positive reviews here. I hope no one else has to endure such an experience for this blessed journey after spending so much money due to these fraudulent agents.
