This company is entirely dishonest and fraudulent, which significantly tainted our Umrah journey. I was traveling from the UK while my family was coming from Pakistan. I made a payment for the Umrah visa nearly two months ahead of our travel date, yet they kept misleading us until the last minute, insisting that the visas would arrive. They even encouraged us to go to the airport, falsely assuring us that the visas would be there. My parents waited at the airport in Pakistan, but the visas never showed up. Had I not canceled the tickets just one hour before the flight, my family's tickets would have been lost, but I was able to cancel them, although I had to pay a cancellation fee. I also booked hotels through their service. The representative continued to deceive me for two months. Later, I discovered that they use UK numbers to mislead clients and do not genuinely operate in the UK; they only maintain a small office in Lahore. I finally received a visa but had to rebook expensive tickets at the last minute. Their team assured us they would compensate for the expenses, but it's been three months, and they still provide excuses without any reimbursement. This company is entirely fraudulent and deceptive. I plan to report them in the UK, Pakistan, and to the Saudi ministry. I cannot recommend them at all. I am genuinely surprised by the positive reviews here. I hope no one else has to suffer such an experience for this blessed journey after spending so much money due to these deceitful agents.
