I am facing difficulty obtaining a refund for a flight booked through the platform as the support contact is currently unavailable. My flight was canceled by the airline on December 7, 2025. The airline supposedly processed the refund to the service on December 13, 2025, but now the service is unreachable. In my opinion, such platforms are not customer-friendly or trustworthy. This has led to a loss for me!
