A lesson learnt quite too late. I booked the tickets with cheapticket.in 5 months prior. This morning i woke up to the mail from them saying that my ticket has been rescheduled by the airlines, 1 week to the travel date. I call the airlines they say to contact cheaptickets.com. i call cheap tickets they say they are not responsible and point me to airways. When i tell the person on the phone to transfer me to his manager, he hung up on me. Who is going to compensate my lose? I wish i read reviews before booking tickets from them.Anyone who is planning on booking with them, do yourselves a favor and book with the airlines directly. At least with them, YOU get the compensation not these hoaxes.Its a shame that such bad service they provide.
