The worst booking company I have ever used! When I asked to cancel my flight they said it was free to do online or over the phone there would be a charge. I canceled online and then a few days later only received £100 back when I paid £300 for the flights. When I spoke to the company on the phone they made up different reasons why I did not receive a full refund. I asked them to send a email explaining a break down of charges. The charges were ridcioulos and the prices did not add up to the amount that was not refunded. When I replied asking for further information they ignored my email. I have sent this to them 3 times now and when I ring them they put the phone down on me. I will NEVER EVER use this company again. They have terrible customer service.
