I am having trouble obtaining a refund for a flight booked through the platform since the support contact is unavailable. My flight was canceled by the airline on December 7, 2025, and although the airline processed the refund to the service on December 13, 2025, the service is now unreachable. Such platforms lack customer friendliness and reliability, resulting in a loss for me!
