i booked my flights round trip to and from sri lanka through cheaptickets.de.,, i ended up stranded in sri lanka and had to purchase my ticket to return home at the airport because the flight i paid for was not booked.i called cheaptickets.de and was told thats the airlines fault and problem but they refuse to even reveal what airline the tickets were through. they refuse to pay me back for ticket i had to purchase and have given me the run arround for days now.DO NOT USE CHEAPTICKETS.DE IF YOU WANT TO REACH YOUR DESTINATIONS.THEY WILL ROB YOU.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A RIP OFF.
