This is a scam website. It took me over an hour to book a flight with Alex and as soon as I paid he then told me it would be 7-10 business days before my tickets would be issued. I immediately demanded a refund and he hung up on me. He called back 5 very stressful minutes later and I was waiting another 15 minutes until I had a refund confirmation. I will be checking my CC bills like a hawk for the next few weeks to make sure there are no erroneous charges. It started out the same as many other reviews. Alex did the same thing that many other reviewers reported, he wouldn't let me book the flight I found on their website, but offered one that was slightly more expensive. First red flag.After a 45 minute call he finally sent me an invoice, it was a painfully long process, only to find out that I had not, in fact, bought tickets at all but the *promise* of tickets. His condescending "Oh, you can trust us!" lines were just silly and didn't help with the overall scammy feel. Even these reviews give me serious pause, since nearly all of them only have one review on trustpilot. If you're looking for a cheap flight, look elsewhere.
