Areeba entered the wrong passport expiry date on my visa application and thus I was not allowed to board the plane.
Instead of accepting her mistake she blamed the Turkish embassy for the mistake. The boarding was about to close and the only thing she was worried about was extra payment for another visa application.
They took the money and were least bothered about the service, we had to remind them of everything I.e. hotels, flights etc.
