I got my order 2 days ago and contacted customer support, I should note I have been ordering from them for years,Even through the empty box which they sent to everyone Era hence why this is very disappointing to me. They have the worst customer support I have ever personally dealt with and appear to think theyre always a victim. I contacted customer support 4 times over the years when I had issues and all Tony ever says is 'Well noone else has' Yet some reviews slipping through say otherwise even on their site you can see the bad and fake reviews. Anyways long story SHORT, This time I got my order and it reaked of Mold or powdery mildew so I contact them and They refuse to respond to the emails I send yet reply to my friend asking general non-important product questions, On a side note all of the sauce is complete trash almost like recycled shatter mixed with distillate and flavored again, Not real sauce what so ever..... I'm usually pretty passive but this is ridiculous. They've asked me to write positive reviews for money before in emails also just figured id throw that out there. Very dishonest, Little regard for the well being of others.
