I purchased PORO for PUBG (30 days) for around $200. The product never worked even once. I was never able to connect to the server at all.Over weeks, I did everything support asked:Restarted PCChanged hardwareUsed multiple VPNsReinstalled and retried many timesDespite this, the software never functioned.Instead of resolving the issue or refunding, support repeatedly told me to “try until it works” and refused any refund. They claimed connection errors are “normal” — even though I never connected once.When I calmly asked about a refund or time extension, support became hostile and insulting, accused me of “threatening refunds”, accused me of slander, and even made derogatory comments about my nationality. Completely unprofessional.They openly stated they “owe nothing” to customers and that buyers “have no rights” because it’s a cheat store. That tells you everything you need to know.A product that never works + no refund under any circumstances + insults instead of support = scam-level behavior.I don’t recommend this store to anyone. If something goes wrong, you will be blamed, insulted, and left with nothing.
