I bought a cheat from them and I can't download it because it's too heavy and MEGA won't let me because I'm a free user. When I contacted them asking to be able to download it from another place or resolve the situation, the answer I got was "we have nothing to do with it." When I tried to ask for a refund, I received the same answer, "we have nothing to do with it." They also punished me and threatened to ban me from their discord! In other words, in addition to paying a lot for their product, I still have to pay to download the product.
