The customer service I experienced was absolutely appalling. In all my years, I have never encountered someone with the audacity to speak to paying customers in such a manner. I paid for a service that ultimately did not work, and after submitting a support ticket, I did not receive any response until my service period had already expired. To make matters worse, my ticket was closed without any communication. When I opened a new ticket, instead of receiving assistance, I was reprimanded for allegedly not phrasing my questions correctly. This is utterly perplexing, especially coming from a troubleshooting agent, and reflects a complete lack of professionalism and customer care. I WILL AND DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PROVIDER. FURTHER MORE I WILL NEVER BE PAYING ANOTHER DIME
