I had an amazing chat with Boris the Director Account Management as he provided great assistance whenever there was any technical or other issue. He was patient in answering all questions and responded quickly.There is some room for improvement, such as the filtering function in Check-in Pax. We once accidentally sent out the wrong email templates to everyone after filtering some groups of people, but I am sure the team will address it and remind users next time.
