A group of 7 of us spent the day at the lake in Branson Missouri. After we decided to stop and eat at Cheddars thinking it would be really good. I will skip over the seating mess up and go right to the meal. Four out of seven of us did not care for our meals. One lady's chicken was too dry for her to eat and so was one steak. But I did not even get to eat there. We got our food and I cut into a lovely looking ribeye that was supposed to be cooked medium well. Blood poured out. It was very medium rare, not well or even close. So I had to send it back. The waitress was just going to take the meat back, but I said, I don't want to eat this without the meat I want to put it on. It was sautéed mushrooms. So she took it too. But of course, because it is all fresh cooked (nice when they get it right) but everyone was well done with eating by the time I got mine. I told the waitress to box it up and I would eat at home. Another thing that was just a mess, was the table. Every time we would get a refill, it would be brought in a new glass or cup and the used ones were just left on the table. Our table was so full of plates and cups not picked up we had a mess trying to find room for our food. Except me since I had no food. At one point I asked that some of the empties please be removed. She took about 3 glasses and left. Like I said, there was 7 of us. Never a sorry or offer of discount. Sad will never go to a Cheddars again.
