Following central heating work back in February, Josh returned to install Drayton Wiser WiFi controls for the hot water, radiators and UFH. The installed controls comprised a main hub for boiler control/hot water, thermostats downstairs for the UFH (including a new valve control hub) and TRVs for radiators and towels upstairs. Josh is always courteous and gets on with his work quietly and efficiently. He’s very tidy and removes his rubbish at the end of the job. He explained how the system worked via the Wiser Home app and I now have full control of the hot water and heating from anywhere in the World. I’m sure it will be a sound investment. Without hesitation I would always recommend Chedd.
The customer service, the experience and knowledge, the promptness of responding, and the explanation of how to prevent this in the future has been second to none! I started with my boiler manufacturer, but I now know to go straight to you in future. I really appreciate all of the help you've given as not having central heating in winter, particularly with a child, is incredibly problematic and stressful. Contacted Chedd about non urgent stopcock issues. Staff very helpful. Within 2 days plumber attended on time, replaced the stopcocks which were in a very old property with access issues. He was Polite, tidy never gave up and very helpful. This is their usual standard of service and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
