I’m very disappointed with the service. I bought a lamp in Hong Kong, which was already quite expensive, and after a few years, the switch stopped working, rendering the lamp unusable. Customer service provided no real assistance. Instead, they charged me a significant amount just for replacement parts (even after a discount). The process has been excruciatingly slow, and I have to hire an electrician myself to install the parts. For a premium brand, this level of service is unacceptable. Beautiful design does not excuse poor quality and lack of support, even if the location is far from their headquarters. I expected much more and will not be purchasing from them again.
Update to my previous feedback: I purchased a portable lamp about a year ago, and unfortunately, it broke last week. The representative from customer service was fantastic — she arranged for a replacement immediately and was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The lamps have such a beautiful design, and I was quite disappointed when mine broke. Thanks to their excellent customer service, I will soon be able to enjoy it again!
I contacted customer service to ask about the options for repairing the switch on a desktop lamp. They responded promptly and courteously, providing the necessary replacement parts to complete the repair. Delivery has not taken place; the order was made on November 3rd and was supposed to arrive within 1-3 business days, but the products have still not arrived. The payment has been processed, though! I have sent multiple emails to track the delivery, but have received no information. I truly regret this purchase given the treatment I have received.
