I brought 2 boxes as daft Christmas presents for my adult kids to open at the table on Christmas Day. When my son opened his box it was completely empty. Something meant to be funny and lighthearted was spoiled. I contacted the company who after a couple of emails offered a replacement. I refused as this was totally pointless as I have no use for another box. I asked for a refund. I was offered £6 instead of the full £10 which though was not happy about I grudgingly accepted. As if today I’m still awaiting the refund.
