We had a truly exceptional experience with the service. I’m not sure we were meant to enjoy the survey, but we had a fantastic time. The representative was amazing; incredibly friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable, making it a pleasure to have him in our home for a few hours. He identified many areas we could address and spots where heat was escaping. His best advice was to prioritize tasks we could realistically tackle first, easily and affordably. I spent the entire day working on the identified jobs, and we haven't needed the heating on since 2pm... it's now 21:40 on December 20th! We can't recommend this survey enough. It’s a must, and we regret not doing something like this sooner.
