We had an outstanding experience with the service. Although we didn't expect to enjoy the survey, it turned out to be a lot of fun. The representative was fantastic; incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to have in our home for a few hours. He pointed out numerous areas for improvement and where heat was escaping. The best advice he provided was to prioritize tasks that we could tackle first, simply and affordably. I dedicated an entire day to addressing the identified issues, and we haven't needed the heating on since 2pm... it's now 21:40 on December 20th! We highly recommend this survey. It's an absolute necessity, and we wish we had done something like this sooner.
