We had an exceptional tour. Before our arrival, the guide was very flexible, suggesting various times. The tour was fantastic, with shoe covers, hairnets, and white coats provided for fun. The information was perfectly tailored for our group. We enjoyed generous samples while hearing interesting stories about cheese. There were also accompaniments offered, and the guide brought out an additional cheese based on our preferences. Everyone had a great time, from babies to grandparents, and while we did purchase some cheeses, there was no pressure to do so—they were just too delicious!
