The steel is weaker than a $10 knife. Mine broke within a month at the handle. To make matters worse, the so-called 'lifetime warranty' doesn't cover that and they claim it's the user's fault. Only suitable for home cooks to slice and dice onions. Definitely not for professionals. Don't be misled.
