Unfortunately, there is no more customer service. I paid $800 for textbooks and rented one. I wanted to extend the rental, but I missed the date to do that. When I asked if they could extend for the next semester, they said they couldn't do it. Either I had to buy an overpriced book or send it back. The rigidity makes me not want to use Chegg again. Customer service is gone, there is no humanity any more.
