I want to explain the situation that occurred during my arrival.
I had traveled a very long distance and kept you updated with my check-in information in advance. When I arrived at the property, unfortunately I had no internet access or mobile connection, which made it very difficult to communicate.
After waiting for quite a long time outside, I tried to find help from people nearby so that I could use their phones. Eventually, a kind person helped me by calling the responsible person for the accommodation and explaining that I could not enter the premises because I did not have the access code. Unfortunately, there was no response to that call, and there was also no response to any further attempts to reach someone.
At that point, after waiting and trying everything I could, I was very fortunate to find a friend who offered me accommodation for the night.
I must say that I have never experienced this kind of situation before. I had already gone through a very long journey with multiple delays while traveling through Dubai, and after finally arriving, not being able to enter the accommodation or reach anyone was extremely disappointing.
I hope you understand how difficult and stressful this situation was for me, and I would appreciate your explanation regarding what happened.
