Wow, is basically an understatement to this wonderful woman's work. I was lucky enough to be suggested this talented Orthodontist Harriet Shah. I began treatment with her for top and bottom arches of my teeth around 9 months ago. I wasn't feeling at all confident when I first went to Harriet as I already had braces with another practitioner of which very unfortunately hadn't achieved the desired result as originally promised and left a large gap at the front of my teeth, which wasn't there prior to having the braces; I had been told that there was no way this was going change and it couldn't get any better with braces - I was rather upset actually, until I went to see Harriet. I was instantly put at ease by Harriet’s extremely professional, warm and friendly manner, it's very evident she really cares about you as a patient. She stated that my teeth may take roughly 9 months minimum to repair / complete treatment and by all accounts her predicated estimation was absolutely correct, as my teeth did take around 9 months - a lot quicker than I thought possible. At each appointment it was very clear Harriet's strong attention to detail for us to attain an excellent result and I could always see that we had made progress at each appointment. She explains everything clearly every step of the way, leaving room for any questions or further understanding if needed. I always felt relaxed at every appointment with her, not just because of how absolutely lovely she is and very easy to communicate with, but above all her utter competence and flawless expertise of skills; which left no room for any such uncertainties as a patient. I am no Orthodontist and do not work in that field, however I certainly knew I was in incredibly good hands and had no doubts simply by her kind confident approach. Now the braces are off, I still have some cosmetic stages to do regarding my teeth reaching the final stage, but honestly I never expected the result she achieved with my teeth, even though that was the dream from myself having braces. As corny as it may sound, Harriet truly made my orthodontic dreams come true. Thank you so much Harriet, you are a star.
