Awful organisation to deal with! Send me radiator that’s probably been fitted by another customer where bracket had been taken out. They refused to send another bracket so I have £600 worth of worthless metal that I can’t use now, I am currently talking to my bank about a charge back and potentially considering small claims court too. I will stay away from this firm, just not worth the hassle, the same firm was sending me video for an entirely different radiators, sent me wrong bracket with are round and after many attempts finally realise it was a different squared bracket that should be on which they didn’t send in their package. As a property developer that do this on a regular, this is absolutely the worst merchant I have been unfortunate to come across
