I’m a Regular customer of Chelsea supplies as a plumbing and heating company.I’ve used them and sister company senator Radiators a lot. I’ve had issues recently regarding a delivery of some parts.I had to call and call for a delivery slot, after x5 times calling I got a delivery slot in the morning first thing not a provisional time an exact. Nearly 2 hours later I received a call from a lady who was learning which said my delivery is now at the very end of the day, I asked why…. With no definitive answer to why this is as I had arranged some one to be there to take delivery and have to go back to work for dinner, I then got a arrogant service representative from transport TELLING ME. Yes as he said I’m telling u this is how it is with no answer to why ??? Other than I’m being argumentative towards him.. I only asked why ? And how come this is. He was abrupt and I will be making sure I won’t use either them or sister company again. I’ve asked to speak to the manager Adam but isn’t available…. As a customer if it was your own business and was not PAYE you would consider customers more carefully but not in the instance of the individual s working in this department. Also they never send any emails over and apparently they have to email transport and have no direct contact. Stone Age lie.
