I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Chemical Guys has been extremely disappointing. My order took approximately two weeks just to ship. When the package finally arrived, the wrong item was sent.I immediately contacted customer service and was approved for a replacement, which I appreciate. However, I have now been waiting several more days with no clear resolution timeline, and it appears I may need to wait another couple of weeks to receive the correct item. This means over a month total just to receive what I originally ordered.Mistakes can happen, but long shipping delays combined with incorrect orders and slow replacement processing create a very poor customer experience. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ordering unless significant improvements are made in fulfillment accuracy and response time.
