COWBOY CAR SALESMAN!The director of this dealership is an absolute disgrace! DOT NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.This place sold me a car which arrived with a broken wing mirror, 1 key, broken drinks holders and an awfully strong smell of dog and cigarettes with scratches all over the interior and cigarette marks around the front windows. I called the dealership straight away only to be fed a load of rubbish. I honestly believe they thought I was just a stupid woman with no car knowledge. 1 day later the orange engine light came on so I took the car to my local trusted garage to be checked. Sadly they found a number of issues with the car and completed an official report for me. One of the issues is that the car seemed to have been in some kind of collision and there had been a dodgy paint job and an old mirror fitted wrongly hence the mirror not working properly. I was absolutely distraught that I trusted this dealership, especially after telling them I was 35 weeks pregnant and needed a safe family car for my 4yo and soon to be born baby. After sending the car back to the dealership they promised me they would pay my £200 delivery fee back, but after emailing and phoning several times asking when they'd repay me I got nothing!! My partner followed this up for me and the director of this dealership told him I was being hormonal and pregnant and then hung up the phone!! Absolutely disgusting way to talk and treat your customers!!!
