Bought a 320d from Chepstow Trade Centre from their site in Ponthir. Delt witth Rob who was decent in the sale and not pushy at all. There was an issue after purchasing the car and realised that an optional extra that was advertised wasn't actually on the car. Between Rob and Mark they were fair and gave me a refund for this as a good will gesture. Couldn't say fairer than that. They gave me the time and even with the issue Rob didn't hurry me and was happy spending the time to resolve the issue. Fair, reasonable, slightly overpriced in all honesty but I was happy paying for what I did. Overall, a fairly good experience. Just make sure you do your homework and know exactly what your buying, just like buying from anyone.
