Nikki was very informative as to how the processes worked and while I was in labour (early and very speedy!) kept up to date with my partner and collected my placenta from the hospital in under 12 hours of when Rafe was born! My capsules were with us, in the post by day 3! This was my first baby but my goodness they made me feel engerised, hormonally balanced and my milk came in so quickly and my milk supply stayed strong! I absolutely loved taking them and believe they really did work and I will certainly be doing it again if we were to have any more children! I can not recommend this service enough!!
