Placenta instructions and pick were super straightforward. It’s hard to say if the placenta capsules make any difference as it’s my first baby so I don’t know any different. What I will say is that my 6 week postpartum blood test came back the highest it’s ever been in iron and b12 and I have to wonder if that’s down to the placenta encapsulation as this is the only thing that’s changed.
