So, here we are 8 weeks after giving birth and I feel absolutely fantastic. I've healed much quicker, I felt much more rested even on little sleep. My highlight was when I had a play and chat session with my older daughter at school and she told her teacher that she has a little sister who is 4 weeks old and the teacher looked at me and said 'you look so well for having a 4 week old baby'. I can't wait to see if they help my little one as much as the capsules helped me. Nikki was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I cannot recommend her enough.
