Our experience with this family-run business has been extremely disappointing. We placed an order in December and were informed that installation of the dog house would take place in early January. It is now March, and we still have not received our order.Each time we follow up, we are told that delivery will happen within the same week, but this has never materialised. On several occasions, the delay has been attributed to weather conditions such as rain. More concerningly, four separate delivery and installation dates were scheduled, and I made arrangements to stay home for the entire day each time. Unfortunately, no one arrived on any of those occasions, and we were not contacted to inform us of the cancellation.We have also requested a refund, but despite being told multiple times that someone would call us back, no one has followed up or provided a resolution. After calling the company several times each week without any progress, the situation has become incredibly frustrating.At this point, we are simply looking for a clear resolution to this matter.The order was in my partner's name - Paragh Vig
