Booked and paid for a bespoke order. The company, quick to take my money, then strung me along for 3 months, with repeated failed promises of delivery, my item had been made, problem with this that or the other to finally receive an email on the morning of the third arranged delivery - informing me the order had been cancelled. Absolutely fuming is an understatement. Spoke on the phone the whole way through, being told a pack of lies. There never was an order. Such a shame, I had high hopes because their photos look great, but read all reviews before parting with your hard earned money.And when all is said and done, their response is to deny I was even a customer.I have the emails, Facebook messages and bank transaction including refunded amount to prove it. You deserve less than one star for the treatment I received.
