Ordered a catio after being advised that they make to order. I requested for the door to be on the front but arrived with door on the side so not what I ordered but the quality of the wood and materials is very good. I am very pleased with the quality but slightly annoyed that the door is in the wrong place after being advised they could meet the requirements. Communication could be improved as delivery was delayed to the Tuesday when they confirmed it would be delivered on Monday but I did receive the catio and am extremely happy with the item/materials so thank you.
