I am very happy with the product, the delivery drivers and installers were knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately the customer service and communication let the process down. I was constantly chasing the company for delivery information, given plenty of unreasonable excuses,and they were then 4 hours late on the day that they finally arrived.I don't think I would order from this company again which is a shame because the product is good.
