We paid a deposit of nearly £500 but were lucky enough to get it refunded after we threatened court action. They give a date when they will come to put it up, and then they let you down without calling when you are waiting for them to arrive. After you call to see where they are, they rearrange another date, and then they let you down again. We removed our 7 dogs kennels so the new kennels could go up in place, now they have no kennels because of these people telling us dates they were coming and then letting us down. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
