I ordered the rabbit Warren at the beginning of July, as it was expensive I phoned and spoke to Natasha to clarify a few things, she was very helpful in answering any questions I had. She told me on the phone if I ordered and paid by the end of the day I would have delivery on the 19th August, so I paid in full. I emailed and sent Facebook messages a few times but never had replies so ended up ringing to add to my order, the phone was answered most of the time. 4 days prior to delivery I gave them a call to check we were set to go, Natasha assured me it was ready to go they were just waiting on one last piece to be delivered that day(Monday) I ask her to call me that evening to confirm it had arrived, no phone call. Tuesday morning I called, the product was inadequate so they were waiting for another to arrive today, again I asked her to call me nothing. My husband called them in the afternoon as I was starting to get suspicious, he was assured again there was no problem just waiting on that final piece. Sadly and as many other google and trust pilot reviews suggest there was more excuses, things didn’t add up, it was ready yet more wood had to be treated and that takes 7 days to dry then another 7 to build :-( I was given another delivery date of the 8th September. I read the reviews and declined and asked for a full refund. I was sent a screenshot shot of the refund and thankfully received it 4 days later. I was gutted, all over my birthday too. Please be aware.
